Zhejiang Shibao Co. Ltd. has announced a final dividend of RMB 0.0243 per share for the financial year ending December 31, 2023, with a Hong Kong dollar equivalent of HKD 0.0267 per share, set to be paid on August 16, 2024. The company has updated the record date to July 29, 2024, for shareholders’ eligibility. Additionally, a 10% withholding tax will be applied to non-resident enterprise shareholders and certain non-resident individual shareholders, while others may be subject to a 20% rate, depending on the tax treaty terms with the PRC.
