Zhejiang Shibao Co. Ltd. has announced a final dividend of RMB 0.0243 per share for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, with payment due on August 16, 2024. Shareholders must lodge transfer documents by July 18, with the book close period set from July 23 to July 26. A withholding tax of 10% or 20% will be applied to non-resident shareholders depending on their country’s tax treaty with the PRC.
