Ltd. successfully passed a special resolution regarding the amendments to its Articles of Association and its procedural rules during an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on July 24, 2024. Over 99% of the votes were in favor, with participation from all Directors and no shareholders abstaining or voting against as per the Hong Kong Listing Rules. The company’s auditors, Pan-China Certified Public Accountants LLP, served as scrutineers for the poll.
