Zhejiang Shibao Co. Ltd. Class H has announced a final dividend of RMB 0.0243 per share for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, with an updated payment date set for August 16, 2024. Shareholders must be on record by July 26, 2024, to be eligible for the dividend, which will be paid in HKD at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.09806. The company will apply a withholding tax of 10% for non-resident enterprise shareholders and 10% or 20% for individual non-resident shareholders depending on their country of domicile’s tax treaty with the PRC.
