Zhejiang Expressway Co., Ltd. has announced that it will change its auditors to comply with regulatory requirements limiting the tenure of auditors to eight years. The company’s board expressed gratitude to the outgoing auditors and is set to begin a public bidding process to select new auditors, subject to shareholder approval. A circular with details of the change and appointment of the new auditors will be sent to shareholders shortly.
