Zhejiang Expressway Co has entered into a Human Resources Business Outsourcing Service Framework Agreement with Transportation Investment Talent to provide outsourcing services for various employment positions within the company, with a total consideration not exceeding RMB85.30 million. This transaction, considered a continuing connected transaction under Hong Kong’s Listing Rules, will run from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, and includes roles in frontline production, logistics, and research and development.
