Zhejiang Expressway Co. announced the appointment of Ernst & Young as its Hong Kong auditor and RSM China CPA LLP as its PRC auditor, following an extraordinary general meeting. The resolutions were overwhelmingly approved by the shareholders with over 99% voting in favor. The change marks a transition from the previous auditors, Pan-China Certified Public Accountants and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.
