Zhaojin Mining Industry Co. has updated its ongoing takeover bid for Tietto Minerals Limited, with the latter’s shares ceasing trading on the ASX on 3 June 2024. Tietto Minerals will be delisted after the close of trading on 6 June 2024, as Zhaojin Capital, a subsidiary of Zhaojin Mining, proceeds with the compulsory acquisition of remaining shares. Further announcements will be made once the acquisition is complete.
