Zeus Resources Limited has announced a new securities issue, consisting of both options and ordinary fully paid shares, to be proposed on August 30, 2024. The total number of securities proposed includes over 34 million options and approximately 69 million ordinary shares. This move is aimed at raising capital, however the specific terms and use of proceeds from the issuance are still to be confirmed.
