Zeus Resources Clarifies Director Appointments

Zeus Resources Ltd. (AU:ZEU) has released an update.

Zeus Resources Limited has provided the market with responses to a series of queries from the ASX, relating to their internal corporate governance, particularly addressing the appointment of directors by significant shareholder Zhengyuan International Mining Co. Limited. The documents, which include ASX’s query letters and Zeus’s responses, span from 24 June 2024 and are now available for public viewing. These exchanges follow ZIMC’s use of its influence to nominate new directors and a chairman to Zeus’s board.
