Zeus Resources Ltd. has announced significant changes to its board, including the appointment of Mr. Alvin Tan as the new chairperson and Mr. Hugh Pilgrim as a non-executive director. Additionally, the company has appointed Mr. Robert Marusco as company secretary, while Mr. Jian Liu has resigned from the position. Shareholders have also resolved to remove Mr. Ding Xu and Mr. Sitong Wu from their director roles.
