Zeus Resources Ltd has announced the resignation of Mr. Yicheng Zhang as a Non-Executive Director, effective from April 3, 2024. Zhang, who joined the company’s board in October 2021, was thanked for his contributions. The announcement, including Zhang’s final director’s interest notice, was officially released to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) by the company’s board.
