Zeus North America Mining Corp. has received shareholder approval for a plan to spin out its Chlore Property to a new subsidiary, Kelso Mining Inc. This arrangement will allow Zeus shareholders to own shares in both Zeus and Kelso, each focusing on different mining properties. The completion of the arrangement depends on court and securities exchange approvals.
