Zeus Mining Corp. Expands Private Placement Offer

Umdoni Exploration, Inc. (TSE:ZEUS) has released an update.

Zeus North America Mining Corp., previously known as Umdoni Exploration Inc., is expanding its private placement to offer more units at $0.25 each, aiming to raise $1.416 million for their Idaho copper projects and general capital. Investors can purchase additional shares at $0.35 each under the two-year warrant included with each unit. The success of this private placement hinges on necessary regulatory approvals.
