Zeus North America Mining Corp., formerly known as Umdoni Exploration Inc., has successfully completed a significant non-brokered private placement, raising $1.416 million through the sale of over 5.6 million units at $0.25 each. These funds are earmarked for the exploration of the company’s copper projects in Idaho, including the notable Cuddy Mountain project, and to enhance general working capital. The placement included share purchase warrants and a finder’s fee, with the securities being subject to a four-month hold period.
