Zeus North America Mining Corp., a junior exploration company, has successfully completed a statutory plan of arrangement with Kelso Mining Inc. This arrangement involved distributing Kelso’s shares to Zeus shareholders and transferring the Chlore Property in British Columbia to Kelso. As a result, Kelso is now a reporting issuer in several Canadian provinces, while Zeus retains its working capital and continues to trade under the symbol ZEUS on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
