ZeU Technologies, Inc. has announced a delay in the filing of its annual financial statements due to recent changes in senior management and limited audit resources. The company has received a management cease trade order, restricting the CEO and CFO from trading its securities until the statements are filed, but assures other securityholders can continue trading. A new deadline for the financial statements has been set for September 27, 2024, with updates to be provided bi-weekly.
