Zeta Resources Announces Compulsory Share Acquisition

Zeta Resources Ltd. (AU:ZER) has released an update.

Zeta Resources Limited has announced that its majority shareholder UIL Limited will compulsorily acquire all remaining shares at A$0.2973 each, above the last traded price. The acquisition process will see Zeta shares suspended from trading and subsequently delisted from the ASX, with the completion and payment to remaining shareholders scheduled for October 16, 2024. Shareholders will receive their funds via direct deposit or mailed cheque, with non-Australian shareholders being provided alternative payment arrangements.
