Zeta Resources Limited has proposed a Deed of Company Arrangement (DOCA) to acquire 100% ownership of Panoramic Resources Limited, with creditors’ voting on the proposal set for early October 2024. If approved, the DOCA will include conditions such as creditors’ consent, regulatory approvals, and Zeta’s completion of a financing arrangement for convertible notes worth up to A$15.5 million. Additionally, Zeta plans to provide interim operational funding to Panoramic up to A$3.35 million, contingent on meeting specific conditions.
