Zero Co., Ltd. has announced plans for off-auction distribution of 222,500 shares between August 20th and August 23rd, 2024, with the aim of enhancing share liquidity to maintain its listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market. The distribution price will be determined by the closing price or final quotation from the day before distribution, with a purchase limit of 4,000 shares per customer. The company notes, however, that these plans could change due to market volatility or other factors.
