Zepp Health Corporation has announced significant changes to its board of directors, welcoming three new members with strong backgrounds in finance, technology, and corporate governance. The appointees include Alain Lam, CFO of Xiaomi; Mike Yan Yeung, COO of Zepp Health; and Meihui Fan, CTO and a founding member of the company. Concurrently, the company bids farewell to three departing board members who will continue to serve in other executive roles within Zepp Health.
