Zephyr Minerals Ltd. has announced a change in auditors, with Wasserman Ramsay stepping down and Davidson & Company LLP taking over, effective immediately. The switch comes after the former auditor’s decision to leave the public company auditing sector, and there have been no issues reported with previous audits. Zephyr is focused on advancing its Dawson Gold project and is awaiting the grant of two Exclusive Prospecting Orders in Zimbabwe.
