Zephyr Energy PLC, a technology-led oil and gas company, has announced its total number of voting rights, with 1,750,719,020 ordinary shares in circulation, all focused on environmentally responsible resource development in the Rocky Mountain region. The company, which operates without holding any shares in treasury, is using its cash flow from non-operated producing wells to fund development in Utah’s Paradox Basin. Shareholders are advised to use this share count as a reference for reporting changes in company shareholding as per regulatory requirements.
