Zephyr Energy ( (GB:ZPHR) ) just unveiled an announcement.

Zephyr Energy has agreed to divest 1,837 acres of undeveloped, non-core acreage in Wyoming’s Powder River Basin in two transactions, expected to close in mid-June, for gross proceeds of about US$2.275 million. The acreage formed part of a US$7.3 million portfolio acquired in 2025, and follows earlier sales of similar non-core assets.

Including this latest deal, the broader acquisition has effectively been self-funded, with Zephyr generating around US$7.0 million from asset sales and US$1.7 million in production revenue while shedding roughly US$1.2 million in near-term liabilities. Management highlights that the company has retained most of the acquired production, underscoring strong economics and providing additional financial flexibility as it evaluates options for the remaining undeveloped acreage.

The most recent analyst rating on (GB:ZPHR) stock is a Buy with a £14.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Zephyr Energy stock, see the GB:ZPHR Stock Forecast page.
