The Company has chosen not to renew the contracts of its CEO Dr. Harry Leider and Chief Science Officer Dr. Howard Golub, leading to the termination of their employment on May 31, 2024. Following this change, CFO Ian T. Bothwell has stepped up as Interim CEO. Additionally, Dr. Leider’s departure from the board of ZEO is confirmed, and he may pursue severance, although the Company maintains that non-renewal does not warrant such compensation.
