Zentek Ltd. is set to enhance its financial stability through a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise up to $3 million. This capital boost, designed to bolster the company’s working capital and support general corporate functions, will be achieved by issuing over 2.3 million units at $1.30 each, with each unit offering a share and a purchase warrant.
