Zentek Expands Private Placement to Raise $3.07M

Zentek (TSE:ZEN) has released an update.

Zentek Ltd. has increased the size of its non-brokered private placement, aiming to raise up to $3.07 million by offering over 2.36 million units at $1.30 each. The funds will bolster working capital and support general corporate purposes, with each unit comprising a share and a half-warrant, the latter enabling additional share purchases at $3.00 within two years.
