Zentek Ltd. has announced a collaboration with the University of Toronto, backed by a $441,000 grant, to optimize graphite for use in battery anodes, which is crucial for the electric vehicle industry. The company has already seen a minimum 17% increase in capacity with their engineered graphite. This research is part of Zentek’s strategy to strengthen its position in the North American battery supply chain.
