Zensun Enterprises Limited has announced a delay in publishing its 2023 Annual Results and dispatching the 2023 Annual Report, citing resignations of key finance department employees and insufficient staff to provide necessary audit information. The company is now collaborating with its new Auditor, Prism Hong Kong and Shanghai Limited, and expects to release the results by the end of September 2024. Concurrently, trading of the company’s shares and debt securities remains suspended until further notice.
