Zenith Minerals Limited has issued a final director’s interest notice following the resignation of director Michael Joseph Clifford, who held 2,250,364 ordinary shares directly and had indirect interests in a further 4,161,308 ordinary shares and 2,000,000 unlisted options through Cobalt Consulting Pty Ltd. Clifford’s tenure concluded on July 31, 2024, as reported to the ASX under listing rule 3.19A.3.
