Zenith Energy Ltd. has announced the launch of a new Bond Exchange Offer for its noteholders, offering them the opportunity to exchange matured unsecured debt for new notes with revised terms, set to close on May 14, 2024. The move comes after some noteholders faced difficulties participating in an earlier offer due to investment platform issues. The company expects to settle the exchange by May 24, 2024, and has appointed The Bank of New York Mellon to facilitate the process.
