The non-compliance was due to a delay in appointing a new Independent Director, which was resolved with the appointment of Mr. Parag Agarawal on August 5, 2025. The Board acknowledged the delay as unintentional and has committed to adhering to compliance timelines in the future. Additionally, they have requested a waiver of the penalty imposed by BSE and NSE.
