Zedcor Energy Inc. is raising funds through a $4 million bought deal and a $10 million private placement offering. The capital raised will finance the expansion of its MobileyeZ security towers and other corporate needs. The offerings, anticipated to close on May 16, 2024, are aimed at investors in Canada, excluding Quebec, and other approved jurisdictions.
