Zai Lab Ltd has successfully closed its offering of American Depositary Shares (ADSs), raising gross proceeds of approximately $230 million, with net proceeds expected to be around $216 million. The funds will be utilized for research and development, advancing product candidates, and strategic business opportunities. The offering was underwritten by Goldman Sachs, Jefferies, and Leerink Partners.
