Zai Lab Ltd has announced the grant of stock options and restricted share units under its 2024 Equity Incentive Plan. On October 7, 2024, two grantees received options for 20,000 ADSs, and seven grantees were awarded 23,800 restricted share units, both without performance targets or clawback mechanisms. The options have a ten-year validity and are subject to vesting over four years, with the aim to align with the company’s incentive practices and remain market competitive.
