Zai Lab Limited successfully conducted its 2024 annual general meeting, with over one-tenth of its voting shareholders participating, either in person or by proxy. Shareholders voted on several key resolutions, including the re-election of directors, with all but one of the proposed resolutions being approved. Notably, resolutions regarding the re-election of directors Samantha Du, Kai-Xian Chen, and John D. Diekman were passed with substantial majority votes.
