Zai Lab Ltd (HK:9688) has released an update.
Zai Lab Limited has announced grants of share options and restricted share units under its 2024 Equity Incentive Plan. On July 1, 2024, the company issued 600 options to subscribe for ADSs to one employee and 900 restricted share units to another employee, while Dr. Samantha Du, the CEO, received 72,000 restricted share units. These grants, which vest over four years and have a ten-year validity, are aimed at aligning the interests of the employees with those of the company and do not include performance targets or clawback mechanisms.
