Yusei Holdings Confirms Upcoming Dividend Payout

Yusei Holdings Ltd. (HK:0096) has released an update.

Yusei Holdings Limited has announced the payment of a final dividend of RMB0.013 per share, which was approved at the annual general meeting on June 24, 2024. Shareholders on record as of July 4, 2024, will receive the dividend, which will be converted to HK$ at an average exchange rate of RMB 0.9115 to HK$ 1.00, resulting in a payment of HK$ 0.01426 per share. Dividend cheques will be mailed out on July 31, 2024.
