Yusei Holdings Announces Year-End Cash Dividend

Yusei Holdings Ltd. (HK:0096) has released an update.

Yusei Holdings Limited has declared an ordinary final cash dividend of RMB 0.013 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2023, which will be paid in Hong Kong dollars at HKD 0.01426 per share on 31 July 2024 following shareholder approval on 24 June. Shareholders must lodge transfer documents by 27 June to be entitled to the dividend, with the company’s share register closing from 28 June to 4 July.
