Yunnan Water Investment Co., Limited has completed a significant transaction involving the sale of its equity interests in three different entities, for a combined consideration exceeding RMB 171 million. The disposals, which were conducted via public tender, mark the company’s exit from these entities as it no longer retains any equity interest in them. Shareholder approval for the transactions was obtained through written consent, negating the need for a general meeting.
