Yunnan Water Investment Co., Limited has announced a further delay in sending out a circular regarding the major transaction of divesting an 89.995% stake in Gongyi Water Resources Co., Ltd. The company has received multiple waivers from the Stock Exchange for the delay and is now scheduled to dispatch the circular by 31 October 2024.
