Yunnan Water Investment Co., Limited announces a delay in sending out a detailed circular regarding its major transaction involving the sale of an 89.995% stake in Gongyi Water Resources. The delay is due to the need for additional time to prepare and finalize the necessary information, with a new dispatch deadline set for no later than 31 August 2024.
