Yunnan Water Investment Co., Limited has successfully completed the sale of its 89.995% stake in Gongyi Water for RMB 67,374,000 after a public tender process. Shareholder approval for the transaction was obtained through written consent, negating the need for a general meeting. This major transaction has led the company to completely divest from Gongyi Water, aligning with the requirements under the Listing Rules.
