Yumbah Aquaculture Limited has launched an off-market takeover bid to acquire all the ordinary shares of East 33 Limited that it does not currently own, offering A$0.022 cash per share. Shareholders are advised to consult their financial or professional advisers for guidance on the offer, which is set to close at 5:00 pm (Sydney time) on a specified date in 2024, subject to extension.
