Yumbah Aquaculture Ltd has extended its off-market takeover bid for all shares of East 33 Limited until 5:00pm on October 31, 2024, with the company’s interest and voting power in East 33 Limited surpassing 75%. The final offer price is set at $0.022 per share, and Yumbah intends to delist East 33 from the ASX if it acquires enough shares for compulsory acquisition.
