Yumbah Aquaculture Ltd has increased its voting power in East 33 Limited from 57.10% to 58.88% following the acquisition of additional shares. The change occurred on 18th September 2024, as part of Yumbah’s off-market takeover offer detailed in their Replacement Bidder’s Statement from 23 August 2024. This move results in Yumbah now holding 456,400,760 fully paid ordinary shares in the company.
