An announcement from JKS Resources, Inc. ( (TSE:YMC) ) is now available.

Yukon Metals Corp. reported encouraging results from its 2025 diamond drilling program at the Star River property in southern Yukon, where it intersected up to 11.7 grams per tonne gold over 0.5 metres within quartz-ankerite-sulphide veins in the F2 zone and identified polymetallic mineralization including high-grade silver, lead and zinc. The campaign, supported by geophysical surveys, outlined a one-kilometre structural corridor hosting multiple mineralized zones and prompted the acquisition of additional Stump claims that extend the corridor by two kilometres and add new silver-lead vein targets, positioning the company for further exploration as it refines its structural model and prioritizes follow-up drilling on newly defined vein splays.

Drilling confirmed a district-scale polymetallic hydrothermal system with gold values from 0.2 to 4.9 grams per tonne across several holes and strong gold-arsenic-iron associations in calcium-rich metasedimentary host rocks, indicating favourable conditions for vein-hosted mineralization. By integrating geological, geochemical and geophysical data from the program and focusing on structurally prepared reactive rocks along the F2 corridor and the newly acquired Stump vein claims, Yukon Metals aims to advance Star River as a significant polymetallic vein district adjacent to existing regional infrastructure at the historic Ketza mine.
