Guangdong Yueyun Transportation Co., Ltd. has announced that its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 28, 2024, will include an additional resolution to approve a final dividend payment of RMB0.08 per share for the year ended December 31, 2023. Shareholders are advised that the register of members will be closed from June 25 to June 28, 2024, to determine eligibility to vote at the AGM, and from July 6 to July 11, 2024, for determining eligibility to receive the final dividend. A new proxy form has been issued to shareholders in light of the additional resolution.
