Yuexiu Services Group Ltd. has announced significant changes to its board, effective 11 September 2024, including the resignation of Mr. Yao Xiaosheng as a non-executive Director and member of the Investment Committee, the redesignation of Mr. Zhang Jianguo from executive Director to non-executive, and his resignation as CEO. Additionally, Mr. Wang Jianhui steps in as the new executive Director, CEO, and joins the Nomination and ESG Committees.
