Yuexiu Property Co ( (HK:0123) ) just unveiled an announcement.
Yuexiu Property has acquired a residential land parcel in Chenghua District, Chengdu, for RMB1.04 billion through an open tender, acting via its 95.475%-owned subsidiary Chongqing Yuejia Real Estate Development. The plot spans about 32,172 square metres with a planned gross floor area of roughly 96,903 square metres, designated for residential properties that will be developed for sale.
Located in the core Cuijiadian area within Chenghua’s economic hub, the site benefits from strong transport links, including proximity to Zhonghuan Road and a metro station, and is surrounded by schools, major commercial centres and parks. The board said the purchase price is reasonable and expects the acquisition to enhance the company’s high-quality land bank and further strengthen its strategic position in the Chengdu market.
